Almond Milk
- Grind almonds at max speed for about 1 min
- Add 200g of water and mix at max speed for 1 min
- Add 750g of water and mix at max speed for 1 min
- Filter with a nut milk bag or cotton cloth
Tip: use the pulp (almond okara) as flour or gluten free breading once dried in the oven for 45min at 100 degrees
