Almond Milk Chia Pudding

To be prepared in advance 
  • Mix the chia seeds the, the vanilla extract and the almond milk.
  • Let it rest for 15 min and mix again
  • Let it rest overnight in the fridge and serve with fresh fruits and a dash of maple syrup for sweeter touch




  • 3 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
  • 1 Spoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 250ml of Almond Milk (check out the Almond Milk recipe)
  • Frech fruits
  • Maple syrup if needed
